This is rare find. I bought this CJ basically stock in 2003. It is RUST FREE. I tore down the entire CJ from 2003 to 2005 and replaced every faulty part. Replaced all bolts that were rusty, repainted the bottom of the tub, touched up paint on the frame, etc. Replaced the stock axles with freshly painted, professionally rebuilt Dana 30 and Dana 44 with 3.73 gears. Installed an Aussie locker in the front Dana 30. Also installed Superwinch locking hubs. Dana 44 also has 3.73’s with limited slip diff and new clutches.
I also took the entire body apart and removed everything. Cleaned up and painted all hard to get to spots. I installed new front seats and new neoprene seat covers. I bought a dash wiring harness and a brand new custom made stainless steel dash and installed them at this time. Fixed all gauges (although fuel gauge is not working right now, needs new gauge).
At this time I decided to get rid of the 258 and toss in a fuel injected 4.0L. I bought all the conversion parts from Novak. This is an AWESOME upgrade. This CJ is now very reliable and very street driveable. The 4.0L has a lot more horsepower, and the fuel injection gets better fuel milage. Now it always turns over with one hit of the key, no matter the temperature outside or the humidity.
This is a special CJ. It’s a real head turner. If you are looking for a great CJ that you can drive on the streets, this is your lucky day. Please come by, crank her up and take her for a spin. You’ll love how this CJ drives and handles! This Jeep is also built for offroading. It performs great on and off road. I have A TON of money and countless hours invested in this CJ. I also have a number of spare parts that will be going along with this CJ as well.
