What doesnt work/what it needs: Headlights (lamps are new, so probably bad wiring or switch) Heater (needs heater core) Brake pedal return spring Hazards (signals work, just not the 4-ways)
I have complete maintenance records for the past 3-4 years Ive owned the Jeep. The following items are new or have been replaced within the past 2500 miles / 1.5 years:
seats (pics show green/tan seat covers; the new seats are black) starter radiator fan master cylinder fuel pump (mechanical) Fuel tank (15 gallon) (4 years old) ignition switch and tumbler starter solenoid clutch linkage battery stabilizer shock tires full tune-up many other small things too numerous to list
The body has a few minor dings and dents, though there is no rust-through or rot, and the tub and frame are also free of serious rust and rot. The chassis is straight. The engine runs great and has no major mechanical issues. All gauges and lights work except the headlights. This Jeep is totally street legal; I have used it as a daily driver and it gets about 10 mpg. Please note that I have not used it off-road so I cant say how it handles under those conditions. On-road its pretty tight at lower speeds, with no bump-steer or wobble, but at higher speeds (55 on up) it has lots of sway and float, and requires a sure / experienced hand to manage it safely. Let me repeat that for the cheap seats: YOU NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH NON-STOCK JEEPS / LIFTED TRUCKS TO HANDLE THIS RIG.
I have a clear title in my name. The registraton is current through November and the inspection though December. Please contact me with any questions or for additional photos. |
