 Description: | 1980 CJ5 for sale. Hate to sell it, but my wife is making me sell due to the birth of our son. It's been my daily driver for the past two years. Had plans to rig it out for offroading only but oh well. Here's the specs on it:
-Strong running 258 I6 engine
-Fuel pump and fuel filter replaced 6000 miles ago
-New starter and alternater
-New radiator
-Transfer case (Dana 300) and transmission (T-176) rebuilt 1 year ago
-Complete rear-end rebuild including brakes
-Custom front bumber ready for a winch to be installed
-Custom roll cage
-New speedo-gage cluster
-New bikini top
-New Rancho shocks
-Tuffy console w/CD player
-31" tires
-Rhino-lined inside cab
-UT burnt orange color paint job. Almost no rust on Jeep!!!
-Still have receipts on all work done on Jeep.
-Diamond plate protectors around Jeep.
-Super-loud air horn!
Things that I was going to do:
-Windshield has a crack in it. Was going to replace windshield.
-Windshield frame has a dent in it. Was going to pull dent out or replace the frame ($150 from QuadTech).
-Was going to rewire Jeep. All electrical works, just getting a little old.
-I have a Besttop top with doors that can be repaired. The driverside door is bent and there is a small rip in the top.
This is a smooth, great looking rig! Truly a head turner! Not taken offroad much since it is my daily driver! I've put around 8500 miles on it in two years. Garage-kept! $6500 or best offer!
